“In 2013 I had my walk-out basement finished, and my main floor renovated by Character Renovations. Laura met with me prior to the reno to listen to my wishes and make suggestions. I was provided with a detailed estimate and a schedule of work before I signed the contract. Jake and Laura are a lovely couple and I felt comfortable with them in my home. Jake is an outstanding carpenter who is able to visualize and plane what he builds. Laura spent many hours with me picking flooring, paint colours, lighting fixtures, area rugs, and finishes.
I was thrilled to realize what while they were working on my home, I was their priority! We consulted along the way and made some changes to our original plans. All tasks were completed on schedule, and on the last day Jake stayed until 10:00pm to ensure every detail was complete. I am thrilled with my “new” home.”
